GAZA, PALESTINE - NOVEMBER19, 2025: Five Palestinians were killed and 30 others injured in a new wave of Israeli strikes on Wednesday, in a further violation of last month’s ceasefire deal, medics said.

Footage shows injured people, mostly children, being taken to al-Ahli Baptist Hospital for treatment, while grieving Palestinians bid heart-wrenching farewells to their loved ones. Smoke could also be seen rising from the sites of the Israeli attacks.

Gaza Civil Defense said the Israeli attacks targeted areas where its forces had withdrawn under the ceasefire agreement.

The Israeli army confirmed striking Al-Mawasi in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, claiming that it had responded to gunfire targeting its forces in Rafah, according to Army Radio.

The Israeli army launched a genocide in Gaza in October 2023, killing more than 69,000 people, mostly women and children, injuring over 170,000 others, and reducing the enclave to rubble. The brutal assault came to a halt under a ceasefire agreement that took effect on Oct. 10.
