Los Angeles, United States - November 20, 2025 11/20/2025 03:00 am GMT-0800 VERMONT VISTA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A vehicle pursuit by the California Highway Patrol in South Los Angeles began when officers spotted the suspect traveling south on Figueroa Street from Century. Shortly after the pursuit commenced, officers reported being involved in a crash at the intersection of 104th Street and Figueroa. The suspect continued to flee from the scene, while the patrol car involved in the crash collided with a flatbed tow truck parked on the street. A citizen was struck during the pursuit and sustained minor injuries. The Los Angeles Fire Department evaluated the civilian at the scene, but no officers appeared to have been injured.
