Hot air balloon makes emergency landing on boulevard in León, Mexico
On November 15, 2025, in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, @bea27018 shared a video of an unexpected hot air balloon landing. In the video, a hot air balloon carrying three people—two adults and a child—makes a forced landing on Blvd Paseo del Moral, causing brief traffic disruption. The author, on their way to work, notices the balloon descending unusually low. Upon impact in the middle of the boulevard, the balloon briefly catches fire. Traffic is temporarily disrupted but quickly returns to normal as the situation is managed.
