At least 318 Palestinians have been killed and 788 injured by Israeli attacks since the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas came into effect on Oct 10, according to health authorities in Gaza on Saturday. The cumulative death toll in Gaza Strip has exceeded 69,733, with 170,863 wounded since the conflict erupted on Oct 7, 2023, the health authorities said. The released figures do not include casualties from a series of Israeli airstrikes launched the same day on multiple locations in Gaza. The attacks have killed at least 22 people and injured 83 others, with the death toll likely to rise further. Israel stated that the airstrikes were in response to gunfire targeting its soldiers in southern Gaza. According to Mahmoud Bassal, spokesman for Gaza's Civil Defense, those killed included a commander from the al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's armed wing. SHOTLIST: Gaza City, Gaza Strip - Nov 20, 2025 1.
