This is the amusing moment a tourist was seen floating on a rubber ring through a flooded street in Thailand.

Holidaymakers and locals were entertained when they saw the man sitting on the red and white floatie, being carried by the leg-deep murky water on the island of Phuket.

Footage captured by Hanalei Kanter shows the man lifting his arms as onlookers film him passing by the famous red-light party strip, Bangla Walking Street, on November 18.

On October 23, another tourist was seen enjoying the flood while riding a rubber ring and splashing water through the streets of Phuket.

Several parts of southern Thailand have recently experienced heavy monsoon rains, causing flash floods and landslides.

Officials at the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation warned that reservoirs had also overflowed in some areas. Rivers burst their banks and submerged low-lying areas.

Thailand experiences torrential rain from September to November each year, as the country reaches the peak of its annual monsoon season.
