In the video, a woman carefully climbs the indoor boulders, putting effort into maintaining her grip and balance. However, as she reaches to jump and grab another hold, her hand slips, causing her to fall. She then stands up but fails to notice a large hold, hits her head hard, and ends up lying down on the mat.
