Little Elm, United States - November 25, 2025 Police in a Texas town had a run-in with one "baaa"ad boy when officers confronted a goat caught "aggressively snacking" along the side of a busy road. Bodycam video posted by the Little Elm Police Department shows the officer approaching the animal. "Goat, hey," the officer says at the start of the clip as he walks up to the four-legged culprit. "Where do you live?" The goat stays calm during the encounter. After some coaxing, it follows the officer’s instructions and climbs into the patrol vehicle. Once the goat is inside, the officer begins to read him his rights. "You have the right to remain silent," the officer says. "Do you want to talk or no?" the officer asks. "Give me a baaa." Police said that in addition to the eating offense, the goat has been charged with trespassing and resisting "moooove along orders." An animal rescue was also caught on camera in Little Elm after a deer wandered into a storm drain. Officers encouraged the goat’s owner to come pick him up before "he eats the report." "He’s already trying to promote himself to Sergeant," police joked.
