Los Angeles, United States - November 27, 2025 11/27/2025 02:25 am GMT-0800 COVINA, Calif. – California Highway Patrol officers from the Baldwin Park Area office responded to a 911 call Thursday morning regarding a female driver who reported being followed by a Honda Civic or Accord and shot at her while traveling eastbound on the 10 Freeway in the West Covina area. The driver continued eastbound until she reached the northbound 57 Freeway, while the suspect vehicle, identified as a black or dark Honda Civic or Accord, remained on the 10 Freeway. Shortly after the initial call, the victim contacted the authorities again, expressing that she did not want any contact or a report filed. However, about five to ten minutes later, the female driver called back to report multiple bullet holes in her vehicle, stating she had parked at a 7-Eleven located at the block of 100 North Grand Avenue in Covina. Multiple CHP officers arrived on the scene, and the victim was not struck by gunfire.
