Footage shows ten hungry kits hopping chaotically in their enclosure, with the brown doe being carefully lifted by the ears by the keeper to keep her steady in Hunan, China.
The woman then gently laid the mother rabbit on the ground while still holding her ears, allowing the bunnies to lie on their sides to nurse on October 20.
The farmer said: 'The mother couldn't feed them all evenly, so I have to guide the others closer so that everyone is fed.'
