A group of foreign disciples receiving strenuous training in Kung Fu at China's famous Shaolin Temple in Henan Province is featured in a new documentary, "The Spirit of Shaolin," produced by China Global Television Network (CGTN). The foreign trainees practice in the Shaolin Temple International Class under the strict guidance of coach Shi Yanxiang. Ahman, a trainee, said that his experience has given him the courage to face difficulties. He explained his new life-changing epiphany. "If there is one stone that says, No, I don't want to be a statue, the other chooses to say, Okay, let's try once, and the constructor will hit him. In the coming days, he will become a statue. What's the difference between the two stones? One statue says no, I don't want difficulty, but the other says, okay, I will face that difficulty. So eventually, two stones, their perception has been changed," he said. SHOTLIST: Henan Province, central China - Recent 1. Shaolin Temple interior; 2. Various of monk practicing Shaolin Kung Fu; 3.
