This 450ft giant swing is proving a hit in Bangkok - with stunning views across the city.

The structure is among the three highest swings in the world and stretches upwards to the same height as a 36-story skyscraper.

Footage shows visitors sitting in the hanging chair as workers secure the safety features. They are then hoisted skywards as the tower rotates anti-clockwise.

The giant red tower, called The Skyflyers: Wings of Garudapterus, can be found at the Asiatique centre along the banks of the city's Chaophraya River.

Launched on November 29, the ride claims the title as the tallest giant swing in both the country and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Owners say it is the top three globally.

The ticket for a single ride is priced at 320 baht (approximately 7.57 GBP).
