Los Angeles, United States - December 04, 2025 12/03/2025 08:30 pm GMT-0800 POMONA, Calif. – On Wednesday evening, California Highway Patrol officers from the Baldwin Park Area office and Pomona Police Department officers, along with Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel, responded to a report of a gunshot victim on the south side of Reservoir Street near the 60 Freeway in Pomona. Upon arrival, the officers located a male suffering from a gunshot wound along the on-ramp to the westbound 60 Freeway, down the embankment. The victim was transported to a local hospital. His condition is unknown at this time. The suspect remains at large, and law enforcement, with assistance from a Pasadena Police Department airship, was actively searching the area along the 60 Freeway embankment. As a precaution, the California Highway Patrol closed the on-ramp to the westbound 60 Freeway at Reservoir Street.
