Staff extinguish fire after charging phone explodes
A group of quick-thinking office staff extinguished a fire when a phone exploded while it was charging.
CCTV footage shows employees working at their desks when the device, which was placed on their supervisor's table, suddenly burst into flames in Jiangsu, China.
They can be seen turning around after hearing a loud sound coming from the corner of the room on July 11.
Seeing the blaze, two men rushed to remove the burning gadget from the table and dropped it on the floor.
They then stomped on the phone to put out the blaze. One of them patted the green chair as fire spread on its side.
Meanwhile, their other colleague took a bucket of water, but the fire was already out.
No one was injured in the incident.
