How to build a self-sustaining Terrarium
I went minimal on the plants and moss but heavy on the stonework for this one and I think it worked out. The bridge is made by stacking flat stones on top of each other. And the curved arch is made using formwork.
The only thing not shown in the video is adding the springtails. They are essential to keep the terrarium healthy. The tiny white bugs eat the decaying plant matter and in turn fertilise them with their waste. Fascinating really!
