Libyan Minister of Oil and Gas Khalifa Abdulsadiq spoke at the opening of the forum, which is scheduled to continue on Sunday. Abdulsadiq stated that the event aims to establish a long-term dialogue environment between Africa's gas producers and European gas consumers.
