4. VARIOUS OF MILITARY COMMANDERS EXPLORING WEAPONS AND VEHICLES AT EXPO DAMASCUS, SYRIA - DEC. 5, 2025: A military exhibition showcasing weapons used during Syria’s uprising opened in Damascus, on Friday, Dec. 5.

The “Syrian Revolution Military Expo,” held at the capital’s international fairgrounds, displays arms deployed in the “Deterrence of the Enemy Operation,” which led to the fall of President Bashar al-Assad’s government, as well as equipment used throughout the years of conflict.

The exhibit features locally manufactured fortifications, “Falcon” sniper rifles, armoured vehicles, rockets, tactical mines and other systems. It also highlights multi-layered unmanned aerial vehicles developed under the “Falcon” programme, including models known as Hudhud, Barut, Shamil, Shihab, Ansar, Sham and Hamim, which organisers say played a decisive role in the operation.
