3. VARIOUS OF PEOPLE AT ACCIDENT SCENE ON NAIROBI–MOMBASA HIGHWAY MIASENYI, KENYA - DEC. 7: Seven people were killed in a head-on collision between a vehicle and a truck in Miasenyi town in Kenya on Sunday, Dec. 7.
The crash occurred on the Nairobi–Mombasa highway.
Witnesses said the passenger vehicle attempted an unsafe overtake before the collision.
The injured were taken to Moi Hospital, while the bodies of the deceased were transferred to the hospital morgue.
Police launched an investigation into the incident.
