A woman named Jayme Lee filed a lawsuit in May in which she alleged that she gave birth to the Flowers hitmaker when she was 12 years old and entered into a "private adoption agreement" with the country music singer and his then-partner Tish Cyrus. According to Lee, all parties agreed that she would get to name Miley - who was born Destiny Hope Cyrus - and work as her nanny and piano teacher.
