The cheating husband invited his girlfriend to his home, only for his wife to return earlier than expected. This prompted the frantic mistress to flee through the window in Guangdong Province, China.

Heart-stopping footage shows the woman wearing a white dress clinging to the window grills while her shirtless lover stands nearby on November 30.

He was seen pushing her out toward the narrow balcony edge to ensure she was out of sight.

The mistress can be seen hanging outside the towering building, inching along to the corner of the structure.

She then grabbed a yellow pipe and carefully began to descend, slipping and nearly plunging before managing to enter an open window on a lower floor.
