20160814 - Cardboard boat race heat # 5 - both riders get wet
This is a cardboard boat race held each year between departments at
Knoebels amusement park. Raptor from rides dunks it's Captain several times at the beginning of the race allowing the Duck boat a great lead. But as the "Raptor" strikes as it swaps out captains at the half way point only to continue with problems as it pulls a head and wins the heat.
While the Duck commanding an amazing lead during the 1st half of the race they end up coming in last after a poor captain swap out and filling with water.
The rules are simple the boats must be made of cardboard, duct tape, and may be painted.
