Severe Thunderstorm/Gusty Winds & Heavy Rain - Aug. 16, 2016
With a high temperature of 91F and the dew point at a wild 81F and a heat index at 108F, a squall line passed over Frederick, Maryland at around 3:30 pm on August 16, 2015. There was some lightning, but the highlights of this storm was torrential rain and gusty winds.
