Footage, filmed earlier this week, of police officers in Chichester, UK doing the 22 push-up challenge at their local station to raise awareness about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in veterans.

Frontline response officers show what they are made of by doing 22 press ups at their local station to raise awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in veterans. The number 22 comes from the estimated number of veterans in the USA who commit suicide each day. In the UK nunbers are currently unknown.
The officers did this to get the message across that veterans from our armed forces and emergency services can pay a heavy cost in terms of their mental health for the service they give at home or abroad. Apart from raising awareness they are also supporting a small charity that helps those veterans with PTSD by providing and training assistance dogs from rescue centres called ServiceDogsUK.org
