Store owner of Estes Park Sweatshirt Center (Estes Park, CO)

My cousin (Indian), friend (Laotian) and I (Indian) decided to purchase a t-shirt to commemorate our trip to Colorado. I paid for mine while my friend browsed through the store. When I approached the cash register I set my almost empty coffee cup down on the counter so I could grab my wallet. This owner very rudely said "Take that off." I didn't respond to him, asked my cousin to please hold my coffee, paid, and left. My friend overheard the owner say to a mid-aged White couple "I don't trust those two", referring to my cousin and I. After she came out of the store, we asked her if he said anything to her. After realizing he was referring to "those two" as us, we decided to return the shirts because we don't want to support businesses like his. It was clear to my cousin and I that the color of our skin prompted him to closely monitor his security camera and automatically profile us as thieves.

I approached the counter first and simply said "I'd like to return this." He asked why and I said because you were rude. He then told me that isn't a reason so I asked what the return policy is. He said it was whatever he decided. I again asked what the return policy was. He said "my return policy is get the f*ck out of my store." It very quickly escalated from there when he called my friend a "f*cking c*nt". This story made it on the Denver7 news as well. A police report is being filed and I've learned that he's been brought to court for a previous, unrelated but similar incident with a store owner from across the street. This person also informed me that this guy is not an Arab, as he claims in the video.
