A heartwarming video has emerged of a group of farmers rescuing a calf who fell into a deep sinkhole.

The footage, shot last week at Culliver Farm in Mt Sterling, KY, USA, shows how one of the men went down the hole to tie a rope around the animal's body to allow his colleagues to pull it out.

They manage to rescue the calf which runs away as soon as it is out of its trap.

Being very odd behavior they investigated and found that a baby calf had fallen in a 8 ft deep sink hole with an opening the size of a man hole cover. Without Chris and Austin's keen observation the calf would have surely died.
