Charles County Sheriff's Officers, Volunteer Firefighters/EMT's from Waldorf Station 3, a Maryland State Police Trooper and a local citizen help rescue two infants and a woman from a burning car. Officers render critical first aid to two additional passengers and lives saved.

As the video starts you will watch as the officer arrives on scene of an accident with fire after the vehicle hit a tree along Saint Charles Parkway with 5 on board.
The officers can be viewed as they run towards the burning vehicle and rescue 3 occupants (Woman and 2 children). 1 additional person was thrown from the vehicle. The driver fractured both legs and was drug to safety. 2 additional occupants also required medical attention.
Officers with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office traffic operations unit are investigating the incident and have not yet discovered a cause of the crash.
