The video, filmed in Suzhou, Anhui Province last Sunday, shows the boy's head being propped up by his mother while firefighters work to free him.

Firefighters use a hydraulic spreader to try to get the boy's head out.

The boy was rescued successfully. Fortunately, he was not injured.
