Close-up footage of crane on fire after explosion on the M40 last night
Close-up footage of the crane on fire on the M40, which burst into flames causing the closure of the motorway last night.
The large mobile crane reportedly exploded at around 9.30pm between junction 2 for Beaconsfield and junction 1a for the M25.
The road partially re-opened this morning.
The filmer later wrote online: "Driving back from a valuation for sellbyauction.com we drove passed the Gerrards Cross crane fire on the M40.
"This is the closest footage out there."
