Cycling - cut up by driver changing lanes without looking
A classic scenario: driver (probably in a rush to pick up dinner at the takeaway) spots a parking space and changes lanes without looking, forcing the cyclist in the lane to brake and take evasive action. When challenged the driver claims to have looked, but somehow didn't see the cyclist in day-glo orange and yellow or their three front lights.
