My oldest daughter has been asking for a puppy since she could talk. I have been debating getting a puppy for the last few years. My youngest daughter in the video (with the lollipop, that carried the puppy first) was terrified of dogs. Therefore , this made it more difficult to make the decision of getting a puppy but thought getting a puppy she can grow with would help her overcome her fear. We went to meet some puppies and they all fell in love with this one even thou, my youngest daughter was a bit skeptical. They liked him because he was the calmest one from the litter. I surprised my children with the puppy that they had met and fell in love with. I had told them he was already sold and that either way I wasn't ready to get them a puppy. It was so hard to keep it a secret and see them so sad! I told them to come outside to help me with the groceries as they normally do and had the puppy set up in my trunk. I could not believe how emotional they were. It was all worth it! I will never forget that moment.
