Rush hour at Handy Cross Roundabout, High Wycombe - jct 4 of the M40. Roundabout is serviced by multiple traffic lights. On getting a green light i left the M40 slip road and entered the roundabout with a view to turning right down the A404 towards Marlow when a driver from my right jumped the lights. You can hear the white van to my right honk his horn, my hitting the red light jumper, and all the traffic then driving around me. The driver can be heard saying he didnt see the red light and was new to the area. The roundabout is dangerous and most people dont like to use it.
