Grandma Discovers Snapchat (Pt. 2)
My 91 year-old Grandmother is on the border of Alzheimer's and Dementia. She forgets who she is more often and forget what she looks like.
My daughter (in video) was on Snapchat and wanted to take a picture with my Grandma, her Great-Grandma. My Grandma swiped by accident and chose one of the filters. Well, this made her day as you can see in the video.
My Grandma couldn't believe that was her she was looking at. That's the most I've seen her laugh and smile these past two years.
