Huge waves crash into pier during Uruguay cyclone
Impressive footage has emerged of massive waves crashing onto a costal road in Uruguay during a tropical cyclone.
The video, shot on Thursday in Montevideo, captures the intensity of the cyclone, with estimated 100 kilometres per hour winds.
According to reports, the powerful tropical storm tore through the south of the country, causing obstructed roads and wrecked properties.
At least 30 people reportedly had to be evacuated and 3 people got injured.
