Footage, from China, of police punishing drivers disorderly using high beam lights to stare at it for one minute.

The video, captured in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province on Tuesday, shows police officers asking drivers disorderly using high beam lights to sit on the high beam lights experience chair and stare at the lights for one minute.

It caused a heated debate on internet and 96% of the interviewees supported the punishment.

Police said staring at the high beam lights was voluntary rather than compulsory.
