Zookeeper proposes to his girlfriend with 15 ft-long Crocodile
Awesome footage has emerged from Australia of the moment a zookeeper proposed to his girlfriend in a crocodile enclosure, with a giant reptile creeping up on him.
The video, filmed at Australia Reptile Park, shows Billy Collett asking his girlfriend of three year, Siobhan Oxley, to marry him as an infamously "cranky" crocodile called Elvis crawls towards him.
Billy has been head of reptiles at the park for ten years and has got to know Elvis the saltwater croc very well during that time.
For the proposal, he lured the lethal reptile out of the water and then turned around towards Siobhan. With crowds watching, he then got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend who said "yes" without hesitation, prompting cheers and tears across the park.
Elvis, who is 50-years-old and weighs more than half a tonne, has been nicknamed Australia’s crankiest crocodile because of his aggressive behaviour.
