Close pass on - cyclist - No regard for Richmond Park cyclists or other road users
Not only are you exceeding the speed limit in the park you gave no regard to any other road user there. You made the cyclists take evasive action passing the cyclist on the orange bike within two inches... You also made the oncoming car take evasive action. What were you in a rush to get to in the park? You shouldn't be using it to get from A to B? So just relax and sit behind any traffic in front of you.
