NEAR MISS. Impatient driver. Doesn't even stop at the junction
The driver was getting frustrated by the slow pace of the car in front.
So much so, he didn't bother giving way at the crossroads. Causing the oncoming driver to break suddenly. The angry driver had to swerve around the now stationary car to proceed.
Numpty.
