Firefighters rescue an elderly man falling and hanging on the laundry rack on second floor
Footage has emerged from China of firefighters rescuing an elderly man falling and hanging on the laundry rack outside a balcony on the second floor.
The video, filmed in Wuhu, Anhui Province last Saturday, shows a 90-year-old man hanging upside down on the laundry rack outside a balcony on the second floor being held by two male residents.
While, a firefighter ties a rope on the elder's waist and rescuers send him back into the balcony together.
According to local news, besides the two male residents who climbed to the second floor to hold the elderly man, other residents also took mattresses out and put them on the ground in case the elderly man falling down.
Finally, he was rescued successfully and sent to hospital. Fortunately, he was not injured severely.
