Incompetent Van Driver - Includes Horn Use!
So I was overtaking slower accellerating traffic, noticed this small van pull out of the layby so I stayed in Lane 2, however, I did not expect him to cut across lane 2 at slow speed causing me to swerve across lanes and across a series or poor potholes nearly making me lose control!
