BURLEY: Idiot Taxi
So this taxi driver cannot drive.Checked left just before junction saw him stationary with hazard lights on, promptly checked mirrors and blind spots for other traffic and next thing I know he is across my bonnet WITH HIS HAZARD LIGHTS STILL ON!
