Thousands fill Medellin stadium to honour Chapecoense plane crash victims
Footage has emerged from Colombia, of thousands of people paying tribute to the Chapecoense football players who died in a plane crash earlier this week.
The video, shot on Wednesday in Medellin stadium, shows a massive crowd clapping and singing to honour the footballers who were killed in the crash.
According to reports, 71 people died in the air disaster and only five survived.
The aircraft, which had departed from Santa Cruz, Bolivia, was transporting the Chapecoense team from southern Brazil for the first leg of a two-game Copa Sudamericana final against Atletico Nacional of Medellin.
