Bald eagle (juvenile), Barred owl, White-tailed deer at MN Valley NWR
We had a banner 4.7-mile hike at the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge's Long Meadow Lake trail from the Visitor Center almost all the way to Bass Ponds. The day started cold and cloudy (see bald eagle) but got bright and cozy (see deer).
