Foreign driver drives the wrong way on a slip road, Lichfield
I was coming off Fradley Park in Lichfield towards the A38 north junction where there is roadworks when a foreign van driver decides to drive the wrong way into Fradley Park. At the moment there are roadworks on the slip road so traffic on the A38 can not turn into Fradley Park at this junction. There is a well signed diversion which will take 5 mins to complete. However, this driver decides he doesn't want to so that and turns left into the entry slip on the wrong side of the road.
