Dramatic footage of a pride of lions attacking a buffalo in the Kruger National Park area of South Africa yesterday.

The video shows the pride, which included three males and more females, attacking the animal while at least five cubs waited nearby.

Part of the clip was live streamed on the Kruger National Park YouTube channel yesterday.

Lion Pride Attacks Buffalo, - Close Up Action in the Greater Kruger National Park area.

3 Males including the rest of the Lion pride was on the hunt."The previous day we had been driving around on our afternoon
drive when we came across a group of 5 lion cubs. Our guide explained to us that the Lions hide the cubs while they're out
hunting.
A little while later we came across the rest of the pride with a small kill. The guide explained that the Pride did not call the cubs to come eat because the kill was too small. The next day we drove past the spot where the cubs were the previous day. They were still there. As we were taking pictures of the cubs they suddenly stood up and were all pointing in the same direction.
The guide asked if we could hear the Pride calling for them. We could not. The cubs took off down the trail at a quick walk and we followed in the jeep. In the distance we could see a cloud of dust which is where the video picks up.Note how skinny the cubs are - we were very excited for them to eat!" - Video owner
