Captain of Thomas Cook flight talking to passengers about problem with in flight meals
On our return flight from our holiday in Turkey on 8th October 2012, Thomas Cook Flight TCX5515 from Antalya to East Midlands, half way through the flight our Captain, David Loughlin, comes out of the cockpit to explain to the passengers the problem the crew are having regarding a lack of cutlery for the in flight meals. He's the only person I know that got a round of applause and cheering for delivering bad news.
