A heartwarming video has emerged of a man surprising his brother on his birthday after they spent 20 years without seeing each other.

In this Newsflare archive clip, filmed in 2016 in a restaurant in Dallas, TX, USA, shows Paul stunned as he realises his brother is the 'waiter' serving him a coffee.

''My Uncle contacted me about surprising my Dad for his 71st birthday,'' the filmer wrote online.

''I picked him up from the airport and we went to a restaurant with my 4 boys and husband. My Uncle sat in a tall booth so he couldn't be seen, and as my parents sat down, he got up and walked over and sat his cup on the table.''

''I loved my Dad's reaction and they both cried. So sweet,'' she continued.

They are the youngest 2 brothers out of 10 siblings (so they were always close) and my Dad (Paul) is the "baby" and only one to move away from their small town in North Carolina. He joined the Army and was sent to Fort Worth. He eventually met my mother and ended up staying in Dallas-Fort Worth.
