Bizarre footage, from China, of a car occupying the garbage collection point being surrounded by 40 dustbins.
In the video, filmed in Hefei, Anhui Province last Saturday, a cleaner moves dozens of dustbins to surround a car.
According to local reports, the place where the car parked was a temporary garbage collection point in a residential area.
Since the car occupied it and the cleaner couldn't contact the driver, he had to put the 40 dustbins around the car.
