A small Festival held every year in Bournemouth at a location close to where I live so I always attend, this year was down on attendance as you can see from the video, the weather was not to good either as the rain would come and go throughout the day.
Then the wind started
most people were already sheltering from the rain in small tents laid on by traders selling clothes and home made items etc.
I decided to shelter in the Marshals tent which is always a good place to hear a little gossip from the marshals and site security,
then the mood within the marshals tent suddenly changed and they all rushed off in the direction of the dinning tent .
joined by many festival go'ers they all grabbed the side of the dinning tent so as to stop the wind taking it, The wind WAS taking it ! lol
slowly and with a lot of quick thinking from the marshals they managed to wrestle the tent to the ground, I don't know what would have happened if they had not have acted so quickly . people and property would have surly been hurt or damaged.
The Festival continued with one less tent but some very satisfied and relieved marshals
