I am an experienced professional photographer, working on a wide variety of commissions, from portraits to property. I also have experience as a producer/director, director of photography and cameraman on a number of short films and documentaries. I also offer a lot of training, from photography, videography and editing through to broadcast operations.

As a broadcast workflow and technology consultant, I help broadcasters to improve how they operate and adopt new technologies to support operations. I also advise production and post-production companies with their workflows (the whole process of getting content from their camera, through the edit, to broadcasters and to you via TV/Web/Mobile/etc.). I’m also publishing two papers this year with the Digital Production Partnership to define the industry broadcast standards and outline the perceived future shape of the industry.

Later this year I will also be publishing two books on photography and videography, aimed at helping people like you to use your camera more effectively and produce greater value shots.
