Overtaken by Impatient driver at 30mph

Buy video

In swanscombe, Kent, going down a very steep hill, maximum speed is 30mph here, I was doing around 28-29mph.

Car behind me is not satisfied with that speed and races past me a lot faster.

Stopping distance would be greatly increased for this driver, and considering the turning I went into would be a blind one for anyone pulling out, this is a considerably stunt to have pulled!

Sad fact is he had to come to a stop at the end to give way, which meant he actually got there no faster, what was the point is the question I have to ask?

Feel free to shed some light.
