Cyclist almost cycles straight into oncoming traffic.
A Cyclist enters the road rather hurriedly,but seems to think he is on a dual carriageway, he isn't and almost ends up in the outside oncoming lane in front of a car,which luckily also saw him,and braked safely in time, could have been so much different. Taken in Colchester Essex at the hythe.
